AI Operating Review

See what your AI is doing, and what to do about it.

Two weeks. We review the AI your company already uses and hand you a written verdict. Here is what a finding looks like, so you can judge the work before you talk to anyone.

Sample Finding (Redacted)

Finding 1: a person decided almost every approval.

Taken from ShooflyAI's own operating record for the last 60 days. Counts only. No names, no client data.

What the record shows

Over 60 days, 321 approval cards were proposed. A person decided 267 of them. 20 were declined and 6 were sent back for changes. The audit log holds 31,788 events: 28,140 token issues, 972 HubSpot calls and 97 HubSpot writes, 444 preview submissions and 82 preview decisions.

Why it matters, and the fix

A record like this answers the question an owner or an auditor asks first: who said yes. The fix we would write for a client is the same one we run: every outward action gets a named approver and an event in the log, and the monthly report counts both.

What You Get

Six deliverables. One of them is a verdict.

  1. 01

    Tool inventory

Every AI tool your people use, paid for or not: who uses it, for what, and on which data.

  2. 02

    Data-risk list

Where company, client or employee data goes today, ranked by how much it would cost you if it leaked.

  3. 03

    One-page AI use policy

A single page your team can read in two minutes and your counsel can sign off on.

  4. 04

    Three fixes

The three changes that matter most, each with an owner and a date. Not a list of twenty.

  5. 05

    AI spend and time ledger

What your AI costs per month in seats and hours, and what it returns.

  6. 06

    A written verdict

One of three answers: retainer fit, Blueprint first, or run it yourselves.

Honest Fit

Who it is for, and who it is not.

Right For You

  • Owner-led companies with $5M to $75M in revenue
  • You already use AI, on tools you rent or on something built for you
  • You want to know what your AI costs, what it returns, and who owns each fix

Not The Right Fit

  • You want a single workflow built. That is a build, not a review.
  • Ready to decide what to build? Go straight to the Operating Blueprint ($6,000 through Dec 31); the Review is not a required first step.
  • You are not using AI yet. Start with the free AI Operating Map.
How The Credit Works

Credited in full if you move forward.

AI Operating Review · 2 weeks $2,500 Credited in full to a Blueprint or retainer signed within 90 days.

The Blueprint is $6,000 through December 31 and $10,000 from January 1. The credit applies at whichever price is in effect on the day you sign. The credit is applied as one third off each of the first three invoices. The Review credits into the Blueprint and the Blueprint into the retainer, so the full ladder through December 31 costs $6,000 plus the retainer, never more.

The Verdict

One of three answers, in writing.

Retainer fit. Blueprint first. Or run it yourselves. You get the reasoning, not just the label.

Buyer Questions

Common questions answered.

What happens in the two weeks?

Week 1 we inventory your AI tools and the work they touch, and interview the people who use them. Week 2 we write the risk list, the one-page policy, the three fixes, the spend and time ledger, and the verdict, then walk you through it live.

What do we need from you?

A list of the AI tools you pay for, read-only access to the admin pages of the ones we should look at, and about four hours of your time and your team leads across the two weeks. No customer data leaves your systems for the Review.

What if the verdict is run it yourselves?

Then that is what we write, and you keep everything: the inventory, the risk list, the policy and the three fixes are yours to act on without us. We would rather tell you that than sell you a retainer you do not need.

How does the credit work?

The Review fee is credited in full to an Operating Blueprint or an AI Operating Retainer signed within 90 days of the final walkthrough. The Blueprint is $6,000 through December 31 and $10,000 from January 1, and the credit applies at whichever price is in effect on the day you sign. It is applied as one third off each of the first three invoices. The Review credits into the Blueprint and the Blueprint into the retainer, so the full ladder through December 31 costs $6,000 plus the retainer, never more.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. It is a written assessment you can use with or without us, and one of its three possible verdicts is that you do not need us. The only thing we ask is that you read it.

Two weeks to a written verdict.

Tool inventory, risk list, one-page policy, three fixes, an AI spend and time ledger, and a verdict you can act on.
