Coaches and consultants
You have proprietary IP and you want to turn your methodology into a platform instead of delivering it one engagement at a time.
Two weeks. Fifteen thousand dollars, fully credited to the build. You walk out with a real architecture, an interactive prototype you can react to, and a fixed-price build proposal you can sign.
If you know you are building something, this is the fastest way there. No more discovery calls. No more guessing at the number.
The common thread: you already own something valuable that is not a product yet.
You have proprietary IP and you want to turn your methodology into a platform instead of delivering it one engagement at a time.
You need a habit, training, or onboarding layer that your clients and franchisees actually use.
You have a book, a course, or a method sitting in PDFs and slide decks, and none of it is software yet.
You have portfolio companies that need to be AI-enabled, and you want one spec you can hold each of them to.
Every Product Blueprint produces the same five outputs. Not a summary of the sessions. The things a build actually runs on.
System design, data model, and LLM choice: managed API versus self-hosted, and why. It also maps the integration surface for your content, wherever that content lives today, whether that is Kajabi, Canva, a folder of SOPs, or a book.
User journeys and the admin surface, written out. Most importantly, it draws the line between what is in Phase 1 and what waits for Phase 2, so the build has a defensible edge instead of an open one.
A clickable, functional demo of the 2 or 3 critical flows. You react to something real instead of reading a document and imagining it. This is the deliverable that changes specs the most, which is exactly why it lands before the build is priced.
We look at your source material, the SOPs, books, courses, and transcripts, and tell you what will work, what needs cleanup, and what will make the product look bad if we ship it as-is. For an IP-based product, the content is the product, so this is the honest conversation most vendors skip.
A Phase 1 SOW with timeline, milestones, and a real number. You can sign it or walk. No re-scoping loop, and no discovery call to find out what it costs.
Week 1 is working sessions with you. Week 2 is us building the deliverables and pricing the build, with a final review at the end of the week.
Diego, Managing Partner & CTO, and one Shoofly product lead embedded with you. We frame the vision, pressure-test the content, settle the commercial model, decide the stack, and sketch the flows. Decisions get made in the room, not deferred to a follow-up.
We build the interactive prototype, write the architecture doc, and price the build. Final review at the end of week 2, where you walk through all five deliverables with us.
Two weeks in, you have a number and a start date.
At the end of week 2 you hold the architecture, the spec, the prototype, the content readiness assessment, and a fixed-price Phase 1 proposal. You can sign it or walk. Either way the deliverables are yours.
Working sessions are the core of Week 1. You are in the room making decisions with us, not being interviewed.
We map end to end who the user is, what they are doing, and what success looks like. We whiteboard the flow from first touch through to habit change, then align on the smallest lovable version of it.
We go through your source material, the books, SOPs, courses, transcripts, and frameworks, and pressure-test what translates cleanly into the product versus what needs cleanup before it ships. This is where we protect you from bad content becoming a bad product downstream.
We settle how you package and price the product, who gets access first, and what the first 90 days of rollout look like. Subscription or one-time, individual or cohort or enterprise seats, and what the admin surface has to carry. These choices drive the architecture, so they get made before we price the build.
Diego, Managing Partner & CTO, walks through architecture options, LLM choices, managed API versus self-hosted, the integration surface, security posture, and data handling. Decisions get made in the room, not deferred to a follow-up.
First look at real screens for the critical flows. You react, we iterate live, and we lock the spec that the build proposal will be priced against.
Between the sessions, the work does not stop.
Our team does the async work: content analysis, architecture drafts, prototype screens. You have homework too, usually sending us source material to review or making a decision we need before the next session. Nothing heavy.
You bring the stakeholders you want in the room. Every session is recorded and transcribed, with action items tracked between them, so nobody has to reconstruct what was decided.
For most of the people we build for, the IP is the business. The engagement agreement is written to protect both sides, and it serves as the mutual non-disclosure agreement between us. No separate NDA to negotiate before we can talk.
Each side treats the other's non-public information as confidential: business plans, methodology, technical details, financials, customer data, and pre-existing IP. Those obligations survive for three years after the engagement ends.
Your methodology, brand, content, and prior work remain entirely yours. ShooflyAI's pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code libraries remain entirely ours. Neither side walks off with the other's.
The architecture documentation, feature specification, interactive prototype, content readiness assessment, and build proposal all become your property upon final payment, whether or not you go on to build with us.
Content and data you share during the Blueprint will not be used to train ShooflyAI's or any third party's general-purpose AI models. AI outputs produced during the Blueprint that relate to your content are owned by you upon final payment.
For 24 months after the engagement, ShooflyAI will not build a product that directly competes with your IP-based product using insights gained here. General skills and industry knowledge on unrelated work are not restricted.
If you change your mind before we start, you get the whole fee back. After that the terms are written plainly in the agreement so there is nothing to discover later.
We will also tell you which AI providers and models we used to deliver your Blueprint, on request.
Once the Blueprint is done, you pick the build package that matches where you are. Your fixed-price proposal is written against the one you choose.
Ship the smallest version people will love. One flow, tight scope, hard deadline. Best when you are anchored to a launch moment: a book release, a first coach onboarding, a pilot with one team. Speed over breadth. Prove the pattern, then expand.
A multi-tenant platform. Onboard multiple IP owners, coaches, or business units, each with their own content and their own users. Coach dashboards, content pipeline, subscription infrastructure, real analytics. Best when you have validated the pattern and you are ready to franchise it.
White-label deep integration for large organizations. Your product, their branding, their stack. Custom SSO, security review, SLA. Best when a Fortune 500 or a franchisor wants the product embedded across their network.
Each package is scoped and priced inside your fixed-price build proposal at the end of week 2, against your architecture rather than a rate card. Any follow-on engagement is governed by its own written agreement, and the Blueprint obligates neither side to work, pricing, or scope beyond it.
Architecture, feature spec, interactive prototype, content readiness, and a fixed-price build proposal you can sign. $15,000, fully credited to the build.
Product Blueprint is $15,000, fully credited to the Phase 1 build when you sign within 30 days of Blueprint completion. The full fee is invoiced before the sprint begins, and you can cancel before kickoff for a full refund.
Two weeks. Week 1 is working sessions with you: 5 live sessions, 60 to 90 minutes each, by video call or in person. Week 2 is when we build the deliverables, write the architecture doc, and price the build, with a final review at the end of week 2.
Five things: an architecture doc, a feature spec, an interactive prototype of the 2 or 3 critical flows, a content readiness assessment of your source material, and a fixed-price Phase 1 build proposal with timeline, milestones, and a real number. You can sign it or walk. No re-scoping loop.
You do. Your methodology, brand, content, and prior work stay 100% yours, and the Blueprint deliverables become your property upon final payment. The engagement agreement itself serves as the mutual NDA, so there is no separate NDA to negotiate. Content you share is never used to train ShooflyAI or any third party general-purpose AI models, and for 24 months after the engagement we will not build a product that directly competes with your IP-based product using insights gained here.
That is exactly what the content readiness assessment is for. We look at your source material, the SOPs, books, courses, and transcripts, and tell you what will work, what needs cleanup, and what will make the product look bad if we ship it as-is. Session 2 is the deep-dive where we pressure-test it together, so nothing about the state of your content is a surprise at the end.
Every build starts here. We do not skip this step. A fixed price needs something to be priced against, and that means an architecture, a spec, and a prototype you have already reacted to. Without those, a build turns into the re-scoping loop this engagement exists to prevent.
You bring the stakeholders you want in the room. On our side, Diego, Managing Partner & CTO, and a Shoofly product lead are in every session. Sessions are recorded and transcribed with action items tracked between them, so anyone who misses one can catch up.
Product Blueprint is for turning IP you already own into a product you can sell. Operating Blueprint, our $6,000 engagement, is an audit of how an existing business runs, and it produces a prioritized implementation plan rather than a build spec. If what you need is the ops audit, start there instead.
We talk through what you are trying to build, whether Product Blueprint is the right next step, and what your two weeks would look like. No pitch, no obligation.
